Who holds the assets I am borrowing against?
You and you alone control your crypto. The vault holding your collateral
is only accessible by you. It is held in an immutable smart contract.
What happens if DM is under a dollar in value?
You now have the ability to make a risk free arbitrage. You can buy up the discounted DM and repay your loans at face value. This can allow you to profit off of borrowing money while making sure DM gets back to peg right away.
What happens if DM is trading for more than $1.00
You can take a stablecoin and mint DM through the pegged stability module and then sell the DM for a risk free profit. You can also take out a loan, sell the DM and then repay the loan once DM is back to one dollar and repegged.
What is the emissions schedule for DD?
DD is not inflationary. It starts with 1,000,000,000 tokens and will not exceed that supply. It will in-fact go down as buybacks occur.
What is a P&S Token used for?
P&S Tokens while worth and redeemable for $1.00 can be obtained through the line at a discount allowing you to get the best discount at your favorite companies. They can also be used for cheap borrowing of DM to used in DeFi.
Where do savings rate returns come from?
A portion of the interest on all loans is used to pay out the savings rate.
The more loans out, means more revenue for the savings rate.
